Family Service Rochester is seeking a Part-time Program Coordinator to join our Aging Services Team. As our Program Coordinator you will coordinate our Neighbors Helping Neighbors Household Helpers program, ensuring that employees and volunteers are thoughtfully matched with service recipients. By aligning team members with individuals based on their unique service plans, this position guarantees personalized, professional, high-quality housekeeping services. It’s more than coordination-it’s about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

As our Program Coordinator you will:
- Facilitate the hiring process, including candidate selection and interviewing.
- Coordinate payroll and expense management for Household Helpers as well as manage employee performance.
- Ensure that employees are adequately trained to deliver services in an effective and efficient manner.
- Respond to requests for information from clients and referral sources in a clear and timely manner.
- Maintain data privacy in accordance with HIPAA and other appropriate law and organizational practices.
- Participate as requested to assist in the development, submission, and ongoing reporting for various funding and grant proposals.
- Play a key role in efforts to expand the housekeeping program to meet growing demand, with the goal of transitioning the position to full-time.
