Family Service Rochester is seeking a full-time master’s level therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. As a therapist at FSR, you can expect to work as part of a team with a high level of support and consultation. Therapists at FSR are provided with numerous opportunities for professional growth as well as specialized training in evidenced based practices.    

Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice and experience working across the lifespan with diverse populations. You must have an enthusiastic desire to work with children and families. Training in DC 0-5 Assessments and family systems work is desired.  

Applicants must have completed or are on track for LICSW, LPCC or LMFT licensure in the State of Minnesota. FSR provides licensure supervision for our therapists at no additional cost.
